Delete your account and data

How to ask

To delete your Classified account and personal information, email thisisclassifiedevents@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, and tell us you’d like your account deleted. If you signed up with Facebook, use the email address on your Facebook account.

We’ll check your identity first and delete your account and personal information within 30 days. There’s no charge.

What we delete

Your account, profile, gameplay, results and check-in photos. Your results are removed from leaderboards. Deleted information disappears from our backups within 7 days.

We keep purchase records for 5 years, as Australian tax law requires. If there’s anything else we can’t delete, we’ll tell you why.

Deleting your account ends your access to any missions on it, including ones you haven’t played yet.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can also remove Classified’s access to your Facebook account:

• In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
• Open Apps and websites.
• Find Classified and select Remove.

This stops Facebook sharing your details with us. It doesn’t delete what we already hold, so email us as above to have that deleted.
